- When a title deed for property in Dubai is issued, the property value stated in the deed must be at least 2 million AED (Other emirates and DIFC are not accepted).
- Clearance Letter from Dubai Land Department.
- Clear copy of the passport (Passport must be valid for more than 6 months).
- Old Emirates ID (if available).
- Copy of the current visa.
- High-quality digital application photo meeting ICP specifications.
- Health insurance (from any insurance company in the UAE, with a basic insurance package costing around 1200 AED).
